From a simple observation… As the mother of a 2-year-old baby, I found it difficult during my pregnancy and as a young mother to find suitable places to go out, starting with restaurants. In talking to people around me, I’ve noticed that all parents are exposed to this problem…
So what, we deprive ourselves of going out with our children? π«€ Certainly not!!
And studies prove it: we don’t want to give up going out just because we have children– quite the contrary!
π 71% of 25-34 year-olds say that today’s parents want to go out with their children more than previous generations.
π nearly half of 18-50 year-olds (47%) plan to go out at least as often as they did before becoming parents, with a third of 18-24 year-olds (31%) even planning to go out more often
Motivations?
β the pleasure as a parent of going out with your children
β allowing yourself more freedom with your children
β the cost and organization of babysitting
β the desire to enhance children’s development
β the fact that other parents also go out with their children
β the fact that there are more welcoming places for outings with children
Brakes?
β not enough places where children are accepted
β the fear of imposing one’s children on others, non-parents
β fear of being judged by others if the children are not blameless
β a minority of difficult-to-manage children leads to intolerance of other children
My main purpose is to:
The ultimate goal: to become your one-stop site for all your family outings in the city with complete peace of mind, and your trusted partner for family events!
A badge system clearly identifies the restaurant’s equipment.
I have developed a progression of the “kidsfriendliness” of a restaurant based on feedback from my market research with hundreds of parents, and you will always find these elements in this order to identify restaurants.
